Emily Stambaugh Anderson

Emily is delighted to be on staff at St. Francis Springs as the Hospitality Coordinator. After she getting her degree in Operations Management at University of Minnesota, she worked as a nonprofit fundraising consultant for 3 years. She moved to North Carolina to pursue an M.Div. at Duke Divinity where she focused on food, farming, environmental justice and theology. She lives in Durham with her husband Lee and their two cats. She loves camping and backpacking, going for long neighborhood walks, eating ice cream, and baking with the wheat flour from her parents' farm.
