Accommodations

Choose from our main lodge, cottages, or hermitages, each offering a comfortable and peaceful environment for your stay. All rooms have the necessary amenities to ensure a comfortable and restful experience. With one person to a room, we can accommodate groups of up to about 30 people; however, most of our rooms are also well-suited for two people.

Dining

We know it takes a lot to plan a group retreat, so we’re here to make things as simple and easy for you as possible by including meals in our rates. We’ll also work with you to accommodate your group’s dietary needs.

Dining Info

Any group day retreat must be booked least one week in advance. Please fill in your guest details one week in advance with your dietary restrictions so we can best prepare to serve you!

Group Meeting Spaces

Francis & Clare Conference Room

  • Accommodates groups of up to 50 people

  • The room has an overhead projector with an Apple TV, chairs, folding tables, and a small guest kitchen with a sink, small refrigerator, and counter space.

Justice & Peace Conference Room

  • Accommodates groups of up to 20 people

  • The room has a large conference table, chairs, and a 55-inch TV with an Apple TV.

Indoor Chapel

  • Accommodates groups of up to 100 people

  • The chapel features an altar, a piano, and sound system (with access to microphones). There is also a confessional and sacristy.

  • The chapel is a scared space. We do not allow food or beverages in the chapel.

Madonna Room

  • This is a more intimate room and can accommodate smaller groups of up to 8 people

  • This room hosts our Library of the Disinherited: a growing collection of over 2,000 books by Black authors, women, and Native Americans. Named after Jesus and the Disinherited by Howard Thurman, this library is a special place to remember Jesus’ love for those who have been pushed to the margins of society. The room has a table that seats 6 and 2 comfortable chairs.

  • This is a more intimate room and can accommodate smaller groups of up to 8 people

  • This room has four small tables that can be pushed together or used as separate workspaces. There are also two comfortable chairs. At meal times, this room is used as a silent dining room anyone desiring to eat in silence.

Friars’ Room

Indoor Chapel

  • Accommodates groups of up to 100 people

  • The chapel features an altar, a piano, and sound system (with access to microphones). There is also a confessional and sacristy.

  • The chapel is a scared space. We do not allow food or beverages in the chapel.

San Damiano Outdoor Chapel

  • The chapel seats between 30-40 people.

  • The Outdoor Chapel can be used by your group but we do not use it as a primary meeting space for group retreats.
